The hotel is old and generally in poor condition. Worn carpets and floors in the public areas. A clogged sink in our room,. An exterior door that was supposed to be locked for guest safety, with a broken lock, and a musty smell throughout.

Website shows a restaurant/bar. When you arrive you find out it’s closed. Would not refund me. I didn’t stay. I immediately checked out and found another hotel.

When we arrived to that nasty parking lot there were People in the entrance utilizing drugs and even a parking lot lizard, we were told that because it was through Experian we will not get our money back, we will never do business with Experian again and we will tell all our family members, which are a whole bunch of people, that place should be shut down by the city.

worst hotel ever
checked in and went to our room. Opened the door and was hit with the smell of pet urine. Carpet was stained, holes in the wall, no heat and there was dust on everything.. Bathroom had not been cleaned (hair in the shower) Went back to the desk and told them we were checking out and was told they could give us another room. Asked if that one would be cleaned and desk clerk said it would be as clean as the one we left. Would not refund our money. Went to another hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Spend the extra money to go somewhere else. The whole place felt and looked dirty. Doors to enter building where my room was located didn't lock or close good. Anyone could've gotten in. My room was right across from one that was condemned by local authorities. My room felt dirty, the tv didn't half work and the room heater didn't work at all. It was the end of November with temps in the 30's. Apparently, the boiler was broken and I was given a small space heater for the night. The housekeeper told me to take it because it was the last one they had. I didn't feel safe at all. To make matters worse, the next day, the front desk agent called me (while I was half way across the state) to tell me to bring their heater back. I told her I didn't have. She said housekeeping looked for it and couldn't find it. I told her I didn't have it. She said she'll go back and look at the cameras. She basically called me a thief. It's been about a week since my stay and that person hasn't called me back to apologize or anything.

I got in late. 10 pm. They put me in a building farthest away from front desk. Dog was barking in a room down the hall. Bad people were parked outside doing stuff unsafe. Then the TV did not work. Waited an hour for maintenance. He just walked away. Not fixed. It’s now 12.30 am. They might be getting me another room? Very screwed up. Dirty and smells.

The Television didn't work. 4 people 2 towels no wash clothes. Toilet didnt flush. Gum on the bed. No restaurant in the inn,No bar in the inn, No pool table, these were all the reasons i chose 3 rooms there. no microwave in the room it seems they should let people know they have no annuities no coffe pot in the room.

Do not stay here. They gave us a room in the executive wing and the AC did not work, TV would not work, no toilet paper and bug in tub. The first bad sign was the door was unlocked and opened on a crack...We asked for another room. The staff was very grumpy like it was our fault the room was broken. They gave us a new room and TV remote would not work. Called for repair and guy came said it worked but it did not. The people outside made us very uncomfortable and felt unsafe. Horrible experience.

I booked for 4 people and only got one towel. There was no phone to call for room service. The bathtub didn't have a button or switch for the shower. The room was dark and gloomy. The lighting was very poor. The door to the room is old that we had trouble getting out of the room. I would not ever stay here again. Either they do some work to this place or they should consider of closing this place down.

Only stayed for one overnight with my son for an event in Reading. the place seemed clean enough but had a rather loud sound of water running through pipes all night and, in the morning, when I went to shower, brown water came rushing out of the tub faucet and there was no hot water even after 10 minutes of running the shower. Disappointing experience

The first room I was given to was not air-conditioned, and was very out of date. I was disappointed and it was hot the next morning so I needed to ask for a transfer or a refund. They traded my room to an air-conditioned room, which they should’ve gave me in the first place if they knew anything about the weather. Also, there were no GFI’s in the outlets and a lot of things didn’t seem very up to code. I would like to remain anonymous. The price was very good but just because the price was good does it mean the amenities should be horrible
