The room was very nice size and had plenty of room. The computer desk chair was busted and all of the backing was pealing off. My mom sat down and almost ended up completely on the floor. The pillows on the bed were the size of couch throw pillows and VERY uncomfortable! The caulking around the shower was spotty and coming off along with only tile before it. I am all in favor of support animals. However, if would be nice to keep a block of rooms for people with animals so those that are terribly allergic, aren’t exposed.

It would've been nice to have a different breakfast selection. some scrambled eggs, or boiled eggs, some sausage, etc.... the biscuits were always cold. Property was clean and lovely. pool was ok. jacuzzi was nice in our room. Would be nice for a pen and post it note to be placed in the rooms, if someone should need to write something down...a TV guide would be WONDERFUL. Would definitely stay again, and would hope to see some of these changes in the rooms.

Clean overall just didn’t like smoke smell.
Room was smoke smelling. Shower could have been cleaner, shower ceilings had stuff on it holes in the curtains. Also the light by the coffee machine was burnt out. Hot tub hasn’t worked for the week we have stayed there in different rooms there. All the rooms we stayed at before were much better than the last one.

Stayed specifically at this motel because of the "two hot tubs." Extremely disappointed they weren't working. Would have stayed at another hotel had we known. Usually I'm not crabby about such things- I was wondering if it was just a fluke or shut down for the off-season.

Nice rooms, hot tubs use could repair.
Rooms were very nice. Hot tubs were broken they were cold. The drop sealing in pool area was in need of repair.

This property is very close to the Rapid City Civic Center, that is convenient. There were many options at breakfast, but only instant oatmeal for gluten-free option.

Older hotel but very clean. Beds were so comfortable, great air conditioning and very quiet hotel. Breakfast was good, standard continental. Only concern was hot tub which was luke warm at best.
