Loved my stay at the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage! Family friendly, kids were given bubble wands and toys upon arrival and the kids really enjoyed the pool and their frozen drinks! Service was exceptional! Would definitely be back!

Honestly, the property felt more like a Marriott than a Ritz. The front desk staff were very helpful. The concierge I initially spoke with did not seem very knowledgeable. The wait staff seemed short-staffed. The sauna and steam room are extra charges. The menu was not very extensive. The kitchen was very accommodating for dietary restrictions. My favorite part of the property is the view.

Love the grounds and private location with beautiful views. Amenities like pool, hot tub, gym…were excellent and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Main restaurant for breakfast service was unfortunately very slow and disorganized.

Celebrate Retirement
My husband and I planned a special trip to begin our retirement. We chose the Ritz Carlton, Rancho Mirage, CA. The room was beautiful and very clean. There was a huge bath tub and a wonderful shower. We chose the desert view and enjoyed the sunrise from our balcony. The Spa was beautiful and the people there were very accomodating to made the experience very relaxing. We had dinner at the Edge restaurant on property - food was carefully prepared and delicious. Cecelia, our server, made our evening extra special by treating us like long time friends. She had great stories about the area and the food. Everywhere we went on property was clan and all the employees helped make our experience special. We definitely had a 5 star experience.

We always love staying at the Ritz here in Rancho Mirage. The Staff go above and beyond every time. The recent upgrades are beautiful. We will keep coming back!!
