No microwave in round for price u pay and hotel charged us twice after we went through Expedia and once we told them that they still wouldn't refund us I would never stay there again or tell anyone Rio offs

It is a gorgeous hotel for the price.. The breakfast was okay, however the rooms were beautiful. The lobby is inviting as well. Definitely would book again!

Room was very spacious. Brandon, clerk, was very helpful and friendly. As far anything about the property I didn't like, nothing!

Hockey game!
This is a great hotel have stayed there in the past and will stay in the future. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Girls at front desk always have coffee for me!

The phone in our room did not work so we were an able to call for any type of service. Call using cell phone, Was told that there was no room service available unless we requested it. Was also told if we needed any extra towels we would have to go down and get them ourselves. No coffee or tea in the room, but did have a coffee machine.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but the bathroom was kind of awkward and there was no way to turn the fan on. I enjoyed my stay and plan to visit again!

Every single front desk rep or staff member I encountered went above and beyond, exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I have not received such wonderful customer service in a very long time!! Reason enough to stay at this location, for sure.

Super friendly and helpful staff. But lacks amenities and the overall building is a bit old. Its a bit shocking that this place is considered a three star hotel.
