we can't control the air conditioning and noise was terrible. Train passing by so many times at night near by. The best thing it was really clean. I don't recommended.

Construction going on the third floor when I went to go use the dryer had to walk around all this noise and garbage couldn’t take a bath because the water kept running out of the tub not enough towels. The bedroom was very small for a king size room and the bed was very hard.

I apologize that you had to walk through renovations work to use the guest laundry facilites.We supply 2 bath towels for a room wiht a king bed. We can offer more if guest request.This will be finished by early May.I hope you will consider returning.

Property and room were clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Check in and check out was smooth. Breakfast was average however, Todd the breakfast host was friendly, helpful and pleasant. Location was convenient to freeway. I would recommend this property. Overall rating is an 8.

The pool was so dirty it was gray. That wasn’t even the worst part! They gave us our room key and when we got up to what we assumed was our room it turned out that whoever was in there before us was still there, and so was all their stuff. Shocked, we went back down to the front desk and they got us a new room, but a different style of room than the one I booked. Guess we’re cuddling tonight! On top of that, the AC in our room is broken???

Decent property to stay at on the cheap but wouldn’t recommend families going unless you enjoy the scent of marijuana and stumbling into teenagers drunk laying on hallway floor. One convenient feature of this hotel is the constant wake up call every few hours of the freight train horn as the track seem to run through the actual hotel. Another neat feature of this hotel is the need to reprogram your room keys everyday because they just stop working. Only good part is the close proximity to PNC arena but besides that meh!!

Great location for anyone traveling to NC State or PNC Arena. We were able to walk from the hotel to the rink and there were plenty of Uber options if the weather wasn’t so nice. Easy access to airport, highways, etc.

i love how there is a store and a mcdonald’s around the corner just in case you don’t want to drive you could just walk down and get some necessities or food.

We stayed one night and as we got to our room it was pretty warm. So we turned on the air to find it was not working. We called the front desk and they nicely offered us a new room but we declined but it wasn’t horrible yet. We sat it on 70 and woke up in the middle of the night to the room being 97 degrees… when we woke up that morning my husband got a shower and the hot water didn’t last 5 minutes and I was unable to shower before checkout time due to the hot water not staying hot. Would not stay again. Staff was nice.

Was one of the quieter nicer places to stay in the area with a descent price range, just wish there were more options within walking distance but there is a sheetz and McDonald’s .we usually go through Expedia to make reservations with no issues .however this specific hotel wants your card number immediately so they reached out via phone which I was not comfortable with at all. Never have issues about paying with lower star hotels

This was a very nice property. The room was very comfortable with chairs, desk, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The price was very reasonable. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. I recommend this as a good choice for people visiting Raleigh NC.
