Breakfast needs better options for kids, eggs were terrible, no laundry even though there website says that's an amenity so I could not wash clothes. Stayed at many comfort suites but this one was a little disappointing.

Frontdesk didn't want to allow early check-in claiming the hotel was full, yet the parking lot was not even a fourth full. The smell if cigarettes & marijuana overtook the whole first floor/basment as well a horrible mildew smell in the hallway before the pool area. The breakfast was served cold & not enough for the amount of guests who did eat. The room was full of fruit flies & the mini fridgecdid not work. I was asked to give a debit card even though the room was pre paid through a third party site, & I was charged $1 for no reason.

Pretty good experience with the place, desk attendant was kind enough to let us check in an hour early. We brought our dog and got a pet friendly room, room is not as spacious as it seems with the sofa bed out, but we figured out a way to maneuver our in and out around the room. The indoor pool was opened. Fitness center only had 2 equipments working. Breakfast was good, eggs and sausages and other continental breakfast items.

The main door open automatically and bringing all leaflets from trees in, but no one is cleaning them. The lobby smell of detergent seems like smell of médecine; smell is like you were in an hospital.

This property was very Mediocre. The carpets were Filthy and stained. The bed sheets were nasty and unclean, we had to request a room change plus the bathroom had no hot water. I would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone honestly.

The room was dirty and had bugs. The 100 hallway smelled like sewage. When i took my shoes off my white socks were covered in dark hair that looked like dog hair. The tub had mold around it. When we returned to the hotel there was no parking available. Had to park in a medical parking lot that said it was a tow away zone. We were woken up at 6am by dogs barking non stop until about 8 am. Free breakfast no forks available and all the tables were dirty with a dirty mop and bucket sitting out. There were dead spiders and bugs in the curtains. The tv did not allow you to open Netflix. It was one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at.

Staff was fine but the place was not like it was depicted on Expedia. Photographer was great evidently. I looked at another place before this and wish I would have went with them. Whole place smelled funny and the carpet needed to be replaced 5 or so years ago. Burn stains in the floor. Gym smelled like a teenagers locker room. Felt like no a/c in gym. Some equipment not in working order. 1 star facility only because the staff was nice

The room was decent. What I didn't like was the davenport had an old stained mattress inside. The mattress should have been replaced or at the least covered with a mattress pad. Overall the place was decent.

The room was nice but the bathroom could use some towel hooks and the pullout mattress of the couch had stains so our son slept on the couch part instead.
