Staff is the main thing in this hotel, stayed there 2 nights. They provided different pillows when we requested and they were always helpful with any request. Breakfast was very good! Great location, with coffee shops, fast foods, and other restaurants.

Hotel staff were GREAT! Room was nice, clean, and spacious. We didn't walk around much at night. But there were two restaurants very close! Always taxis waiting to take you to old town or airport! We would definitely stay here again!

Me encantó mi estancia en el hotel !!! Me sentí como en casa. El personal de servicio atento, amable, eficiente, ágil y sieeempre con una sonrisa. Todo sumamente limpio. Restaurantes al lado del hotel. Las habitaciones cómodas y el desayuno variado, fresco y abundante. Creo que es el mejor hotel de Quito. No le pide favores a ningún hotel cinco estrellas. Es el mejor en calidad-precio. Me quedaría de nuevo en el hotel sin dudarlo.

Service very friendly, breakfast was a good buffet, only wish they had a bar so you didn't need to travel out of the hotel for drinks.

Would definitely recommend
Amazing stay. People were so friendly and helpful. To sad I had to leave rapidly because of the social climate. The city is a really risky city. But you fell safe at this hotel
