We really enjoyed our stay. In was nice with good ammenities. Our room was clean and a good size and we enjoyed the food selection downstairs. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. We look forward to staying here again.

Checking in was easy. When we got to the room, the door stuck on the carpet and would not close. If it didn’t stick, it would slam closed. We checked the beds for cleanliness and found blood on our sheets, in one of the beds. We called and the man stated to give him a minute but never showed up. My husband went to the desk and told the manager what was going on and finally got us moved to another room. The water pressure in the room was horrible. The pullout couch was caving in and my daughter woke up with her head stuck between the couch and bed. The kitchen staff set a fire in the kitchen and the first floor was filled with smoke.

The staff was friendly and the property well taken care of. Plenty of towels at the pool. An awesome hot tub and sauna were available for use. The unique pool allowed swimmers to swim indoors or outdoors by passing through an opening in the wall over the pool. Rooms and hallways were clean and there always seemed to be fresh coffee and water in the lobby.

Our room was clean and the facility was well lit. There always seemed to be fresh coffee and water in the lobby. When we checked in the clerk at the front desk let us know about the bar, it’s hours and drink specials. When our alarm clock didn’t work properly it was promptly replaced. It appeared that the pancake maker, microwave and toaster weren’t working as I overheard a guest making a comment.

They need to fix the door lock to the pool area. Very difficult to enter as was not working properly. Everything else was great!

Questionable door handle to my room. When opening my door when the door handle was pressed down allowing door to be pushed open, the door knob would loosely hang downwards. I would have to pull the handle all the way back up vertically until I heard a click then it would go back to normal and stay in horizontal position so that the door could close properly. The room was clean, but I found a towel hanging up on the back of the bathroom door when I went to hang up my towel.
