The largest, the Queenstown Room, is 195 square metres and has large windows with views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range. Business services such a faxing and photocopying are available from reception.

Conference/function room(s): The 195-square-metre Queenstown Room has walk-out balconies and large windows on two side with views over the lake and Remarkables range. It can hold 90–180 people, or 225 for cocktails, and can be extended into the 61-square-metre Wakatipu Room, which holds 20–50 people.
The 257-square-metre Coronet Room and 149-square-metre Remarkables Room (which has a bar area) can also be merged to hold between 180 and 420 people, or 550 for cocktails.
