We arrived here after 10 hours of driving and we faced the following situation: - The staff standing at the front desk that night were not good English speakers - They gave us the worst room in the hotel and when we complained they changed it to a little bit better room - There are a lot of parking spaces on the ground that you can use. Overall, the experience of staying at this hotel was good.

The property was clean enough, quiet and had easy parking. The room originally booked smelled of cleaning chemicals so they were able to move rooms to a bigger room. While it was discounted I do feel it would have been more appropriate to give me the room at the same price as originally booked. Staff was polite.

Would not recommend! Dated and in need of repairs.
If you are looking for a place to sleep, shower and get out the door, then I would recommend this establishment but with caution! It is in need of a DEEP clean and repairs. The bed was clean, there were dispensers in the shower and the heating worked fine. Fridge was cold and clean. The room was dated, bathroom was dirty and the ceramic needs a good scrub. We were there to visit Québec, not to see the hotel. If that is you the 104$ we paid a night was fine. If you are looking for a space to relax and be pampered, this is not it!! We brought our own pillows and sheets, checked the bed for bed bugs. Not a place I would stay a second time.
