I had a package sent to me here and told them before hand, but they locked it in an office and I had to wait for the manager to arrive at 14:00. That was 6 hours of waiting! On a Sunday after 3 weeks of traveling.

Hello,Thank you for your comment.We are sorry that you did'nt have a good night in our hotel and did'nt enjoy our buffet breakfast.As far as your package is concerned, as I said, when you asked reception at 7.30 in the morning, we had not been informed of this package to keep available. In fact, having received a parcel on Friday without any information about the day it was to be delivered, it was put away in an enclosed area.It's a shame to have our entire establishment affected by this incident, which could have been avoided if we had been notified in advance by email or telephone when we received a parcel to be delivered on Sunday morning.As happens in other cases, we would have done our utmost to leave the parcel in a place that was at least accessible to all our reception staff.We are going to check with our team and we invite you not to hesitate to contact the hotel directly, even before your arrival.We hope to see you again to demonstrate our goodwill.Yours faithfully

The staff are not friendly they do not ask you if need anything do not acknowledge you they just hand you your key and carry on talking and laughing with their colleagues we would not recommend your hotel to anyone from England to stay at your hotel.You do not seem to cater for visitors from the UK.

Acceptable hotel for short stay
My room in the past for sure has to be a heavy smoker´s room. Odd sour smell still remained present. Elevator was broken for all my 4 night stay on third floor. Roof windows were not really sound proof. Friendly staff and good restauranr ballaced the negatives.

One night long journey stopover.
Family stopover. Close to motorway which is great. EV charging points that cost 10 euros no matter how much you charge which is great. Nice on site restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Good stop.

Convenient for Airport
The hotel was fine for an over night stop before a flight. very close to airport. We arrived late so could not try the restaurant but the breakfast was OK.

We just used the hotel for a one night stopover on our journey. We have used Ibis hotels many times and as usual it came up to their normal no frills but high standard.

The staff were excellent, very helpful. The room was tiny with absolutely no amenities and at 89 euros grossly overpriced. The breakfast was OK but nothing special (included in the price). We had an evening meal which was ordinary and overpriced but of course some other courses may have been better. There were 2 ohther Ibis hotels in the area - maybe we picked the expensive one.

Regarding other Ibis, no Ibis Styles in the area, price maybe a bit lower but breakfast is not incuded, so add 10 euros per pax for breakfast and you've the real price of other Hotel. Mid journey stop over
Great as a stopover from North to South of France. Extremely handy from Motorway. Lovely clean room, great to have free breakfast . A good experience would stay again.

Restaurant not open!
I booked this hotel because it offered a restaurant, but was disappointed to discover the restaurant was closed - on a Saturday night!. However, I can recommend the Ristorante Del Arte just a stroll away who coped extremely well with all the people needing feeding. Apart from that, the hotel was fine, quiet, and produced a good breakfast. And I loved the shower design.

Excellent Airport Hotel
Brand new hotel, rooms excellent, only a cold breakfast but you can't have everything. Bar / Restaurant only opens at 19:30 which is not ideal when you come in from work wanting a beer :-)

Good location
Hotel was as described in advertising. Our family of four had a family room which was ideal as similar priced Hotel chains only have three beds. Easy access to motorway. Mcdonalds,Boulangerie and Supermarket with fuel all close by.

Overnight stay
We used this hotel for a short overnight stay on our way back to the UK from Spain. We had a family quad room which was a good size. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was of a fairly good standard, although a little on the small side. We booked this hotel as the rooms were advertised as being air conditioned, however this is centrally controlled which was a little disappointing. We did not use the restaurant for evening meal or breakfast so cannot comment on this, but it did seem very popular in the evening. Parking for the hotel was a bit of a problem for us because of this as we arrived late but when we left early in the morning there were plenty of spaces. Overall this was a very pleasant stay and we would stay here again no problem.

Would not come close to being back here.
Came to this hotel not expecting much, and "not much" is exactly what it was! Right after check in, Me and my family carrying 3 large pieces of luggage were directed by staff to take stairwell and our room was in the very top floor!! We find out later there's a working elevator. Nice... thanks for the info guys! Hotel is under construction/renovation! Construction noises are annoying regardless of how you want to put it. After a long drive and needing rest, not cool. Staff were unwilling to co-operate with language barriers, despite huge effort made to communicate in French, it's obvious they don't care to cater to anyone except the French. Tourists beware! The only beneficial thing is proximity to "Auto-route." Would NOT recommend. Breakfast extremely pricey! But probably normal for France. Go to nearby Supermarket instead. Found out "Manager" conveniently spoke great English at check out!

Cosy, easy access adn dcent hotel
I was travellign through the region while following the TOur de France, and foudn the hotel to be very accessible and comfortable. the people were friendly, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was just right. The only inconvenience was that the kitchen was closed, but otherwise it was great.

Cheap hotel that was convenient for a stop over when driving back from Marseille. For me, the level of cleanliness of the room was just about tolerable ( bearing in mind I had been camping in a tent for a week) for a one night stay.

Kyriad Clermont-Ferrand Aeroport
This is a budget hotel near the airport, and I have tried pretty much all of the budget hotels in Clermont now as I regulary travel to spain by car from the UK and stop half way. I find it actually the best of the bunch, the restaurant is pretty good for a budget hotel and don't be put off by it being near the airport, it's only light aircraft and they only fly in the day. It is literally 30 seconds from the motorway and very close to cheap fuel at a local hypermarket which is also handy.

Although the staff were lovely, this is not a hotel for families on holiday. The location was extremely commercial. There was nowhere else to eat of an evening nearby except the hotel restaurant. The menu was totally in French (I know we were in France and all that!!) and was very limited in choice.

What more do you need?
Close to the airport and not too far from the city centre. Recently refurbished to a really excellent standard for this price bracket of hotel. Reception very adequate with friendly staff. Room absolutely brand new, so very clean, well laid out and completely comfortable with coffee and tea facility in the room... biscuits too! Breakfast very good. Noise levels reasonably good except for the usual inconsiderate guests banging doors at silly hours of the morning. The only real downside was the lack of sufficient parking, but even this is not an issue as plenty of on-street places were available within a few steps of the hotel. For the money this hotel really is highly recommended, and makes you wonder why other, much more expensive hotels can survive in close proximity! I've tried a lot of the hotels in the area over the last year, and I'll certainly be coming back to this one.

the hotel was clearly having refurbishment done but did not enjoy our stay poor bar facilities and bedroom quite small with poor shower arrangement i.e. handheld shower fitment which was poor. a meal was had in restaurant and this was of poor quality.

Accueil de nuit, il a fallut insister pour avoir une 2eme carte d'accès à la chambre... Rideaux dégueulasses '! Lit très dur, lite planche de bois, trop peu compensé par un sur matelas qui apporte un semblant de moelleux. Clim bloquée à 22 degrés reste inefficace. Obligés d'ouvrir la fenêtre qui donne sur l'autoroute. Seul point positif, le petit déjeuner est très correct.
