"This is a very nice resort to stay on. It’s clean the rooms are specious and clean the grounds are kept very nice. Pools are very nice. This hotel is a lil far out from the downtown area where everything is happening, some people are cool with that some may not like the 20 min ride back to the hotel. The staff was just ok, some were not as friendly as you would like but front desk guy kinda tall guy was very cool so was the valet guys in the afternoon. Out door and indoor Bar staff needs a lil attention to detail I think. Over all a good stay. "

"I usually don’t leave reviews for these things but I was so impressed by this hotel that I just have to. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is incredible. The thing that impressed me the most was the food. Usually at an all inclusive the food is just passable, not good, not bad. But the food at this place was amazing. Shout out to Chef Mercedes, she is a wizard in the kitchen. I would literally return to this hotel just to eat."

"This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. We called the phone number listed on Expedia countless times, and every single time the number was disconnected. There was absolutely no way to reach the owner of the apartment. Expedia also tried to contact the owner using the same information and was unsuccessful. Neither they nor we were able to get any response at all. Because we had no way of knowing where we were supposed to go or how to access the property, we made the decision to cancel the reservation. We then requested a refund through Expedia, but it was denied. Despite the fact that no one could contact the owner, we were still charged and the money was not returned. This reflects a complete lack of communication and reliability. Very disappointing experience."

"Loved staying here and loved Playa Caracol!The condo was perfect for our family of 3.Great view, great access to pool and beach.We loved lounging in and around the pool and spending time at the beach and in the waves...The host was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had."

"Beautiful small hotel ocean front, right on the sand! Our room was amazing and the outdoor shower was a bonus! It had a nice deck as well. The beach was large with salt & pepper sand and practically empty. There are lounge chairs with thatched umbrellas on the property by the private beach entrance. Plenty of on-site parking. Only thing I would change would be to add a small table & chairs as there's no place to sit in the room except on the high, comfy bed! AC worked great! FYI there's no elevator to the second/third floor but the staircase is beautiful! Would definately stay again! "
