This resort was very nice clean for the exception of my air conditioner didn’t work well in the room. The majority of the staff speak Spanish you need a translator to be understood if you don’t speak Spanish. I was disappointed that there was no Dominican food choices there , the resort cater to American, Mediterranean, Mexican & Oriental cuisine like Hibachi. There’s a preferred section for guess that’s willing to pay more there’s areas that no one else can congregate like a roof top bar & pool among other areas of the resort. Me and my guess was escorted out of a pool that was for the preferred guess they wear a black and gold wrist band. They’re no signs displaying off limit areas for those guests. Otherwise it’s a great family resort with water slides play areas for kids and an indoor arcade and play room. Hope you like animals , dogs and cats walk the grounds in the evening looking for food . Many guests didn’t mind some of them would feed them . They would often come and sit nearby if you’re eating outside waiting for you to drop something they can consume. Grounds are well kept, I had a few ants in my room around the sink and floor area I guess that’s why they don’t allow food to be eaten in the rooms they don’t want an infestation. There’s a lot of activities whether it’s pool side games there’s many swimming pools. There’s also entertainment at night. Shopping for souvenirs on the resort was a bit pricey compared to other places I’ve traveled to.
