The hotel is beautiful, beautiful architecture and the outdoor areas well maintained and clean. The reception was immediate, they placed our luggage in an area designated for it, they placed the bracelet on us and gave us the green light to enjoy everything the hotel offers, without limits or restrictions. The room is clean with everything you need. Five restaurants, we all visited them, I don't have a favorite, in all of them I had the best experience and the best service, there is more food to choose from and without limitations, everything is already billed. The beach is beautiful, soft sand at the bottom, no rocks, no shells, very pleasant temperature and normal waves, turquoise blue water and any number of lounge chairs under the coconut trees that provide spectacular shade. A relaxing view that anyone needs after several months of intense work. The service and entertainment staff are incredible, adorable and wonderful people who work hard and strive to give you the best service. There are a variety of entertainment options that as the days go by and according to your tastes and preferences you will decide which ones to choose. In general, my vacation exceeded my expectations and without a doubt I will return soon.

Beautiful resort with a lot of dining options. What I loved most was that the a la carte restaurants were always available and its on a first come first serve basis.

Food was good. Bar and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. No bath towels in our room when we arrived. Still none after three hours and several calls. Several half empty soda bottles in fridge when we arrived. Bed very uncomfortable- sore back all week after sleeping. Terrible fountain drinks at pool bar. All ice machines in hotel not working. Room details listed two double or king bed - despite several messages including one through Expedia, still had two doubles upon check-in. Fortunately resolved. Room details also listed free return airport transfer, which they denied requiring a $40 cab ride. All in all, rather disappointing.
