The property is nice. Beautiful pool and service but I never see a mofongo at the buffet. Lamb was the best. However I never see a show in the property as osuakky has before punta Cana. Needs more entertainment. The pool has a show for adults showing who move more there bat no appropriate for kids.

The property itself is amazing but however the buffet and Japanese restaurants were the best to find food and the spaces was limited because of the hotel occupancy, The vip perks wasn’t apply to my finial bill and the front desk agent always seems to be lost. The hotel is great for persons who don’t care to much about the food, but for me and my guest we ate off property many nights. The guys at the pool bar is Azaming

It was an amazing trip. Even though the food for the 24hr buffet was not great, you have the option to select dinner restaurants included on the package. Those restaurants are amazing! Don’t choose the steak house restaurant tho! It’s so awful.

Food was great for restaurants with reservations, however this is only once per day usually around 8pm. All other food was a cheap buffet in 2 restaurants that tended to smell poorly. Rooms were very nice and comfortable, however not completely clean (slightly stained sheets, toothpaste in sink, toilet paper in toilet). The pools and beach were very nice with accessible bars open frequently. Our towels were stolen at one point which makes you feel unsafe. Nice indoor facilities with casino and arcade, but they require additional payment which is unfortunate. Overall, very nice qualities to this resort, but each strong point is matched by a weakness.
