Beautiful scenery. Excellent and interactive staff members. Didn’t like the water at the time bc it wasn’t as clear as it was. No one has control over that, but wish the water was better.

It was my first time there with my husband we loved this place. Everything was sparkles. The Food the menu was excellent. The only issue we had was the AC wasn't working my room was to hot and the remote control didn't work as well. Other than that I will be back to visit. The entertainment are excellent. The Disco We only went one because the music wasn't that good.

I ran into some employees who just wanted to get by. without resolving anything and with some who did care about solving my needs. There were many failures since my arrival with the accommodation of the beds, which is why I requested a room with two beds, one for my father and one for me, which on the first day I had to sleep on a sofa, as an 85-year-old person, then problems with the water. hot, a leak in the hallway, which caused me to slip. The air didn't work otherwise I didn't have any VIP access.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel, staff, grounds and food were amazing! We also loved hanging out under a palapa and reading on the beach. The only feedback I would give is that there were jelly fish in the water that were hard to see...so many people (including me) got stung. After that, we stuck to the pool.

Ordinary all inclusive resort. Everything was good except mosquitos. I think resort should do better job spraying areas. Got eaten by mosquitos even thou we sprayed ourself with repellent.
