"The hotel contacted Expedia to cancel my room on the day of arrival in order to accommodate a group of construction workers, without any notice. I had surgery scheduled early the next morning and every hotel in town was booked, so we had to stay in Pullman. It was extremely unprofessional, inconvenient and caused a difficult time to be more challenging than it needed to be."

"The Drucker House was the perfect place for my whole family to stay for my daughter's wedding. It became the command center for the bride on the morning of, and host for an after-wedding brunch for visiting family. My family thanked me repeatedly for renting the house. I couldn't have been more pleased."

"Convenient location for Pullman. Abundant parking. Easy access. Large rooms. Good nightly rate. But the hotel is looking dated and banged up. The rooms and common areas are well overdue for a renovation. There is no dining room or lounge on site. The included breakfast is a bare minimum with packaged breakfast sandwiches to microwave, juice, yogurt, bagels and a waffle maker. No hot items. Coffee was always empty and staff were not checking in on the breakfast room. This has been my go-to hotel in Pullman for years but unfortunately it is time to look at other options."
