"I stayed in one of the suites, the Butler service was not always consistent which came with the room. The housekeeping staff was amazing! I stayed in room 462 which had an Ocean view and on the other porch a city/Ocean view. There are roosters and will wake you up at 3 AM, there was also people who use that park and play loud music till two and 3 o’clock in the morning which I reported to Security but not much was done. I was there for my son‘s wedding which was held at the Vanderbilt. What I found pretty Shystie after paying $15,000 for flowers the very next morning I want to go to collect a few and bring some of them to my room but they were setting up for another event. I asked them if I could go and get some of the flowers to take home and to put in my room and they told me that these were not the flowers from the night before kind of odd… Seeing it was 8 o’clock in the morning they were in the same centerpieces and everything. So if you wanna save some flowers from a wedding that you may be at get it that day because the next morning the staff will tell you that they are not yours and that therefore another event. So our $15,000 flowers were also used for another event! But I guess that’s how they make their money which is pretty awful and dishonest."
