"The resort was absolutely beautiful. The staff were so friendly. It was very family friendly. There is a lot of wildlife around the resort! Everything is clean and well maintained. The food and service was great! I have nothing negative to say about our experience! We took our two young kids and had a blast!"

"This property is definitely geared toward family. Very clean. The food was good…..especially the burgers!!! Seasoned to perfection!!! The staff was friendly and they took good care of my family and friends. The preferred club didn’t seem too exclusive because people were not checked to see if they belonged in preferred club. One of the watersides was closed and the zip line was not for people over 187lbs. Overall I would bring my family back."

"First of all, I booked a suit with balcony jacuzzi and ocean front view. The suit I got had partial ocean view. They wanted me to pay an additional $600 for water front. Not only that, the front desk manager, Soul was very rude about it. When I told him you just lost a customer, he said it’s Ok! Second, when leaving the resort, they hold you hostage! The only way to leave the resort is by taking their taxi and pay their fees, which is double! Otherwise, the resort is ok. The food was good and clean."
