Upon check in, the clerk at the front desk could not find our reservation even with the confirmation email. He told me that, even if I reserve with Hotels.com (which I did) I “have to call the hotel to make a reservation.” Which made no sense. Hotels.con rep called them and fixed it. The clerk told me this has been happening “for weeks.” I told him, if that was the case, the hotel should fix it. He said “It’s their fault.” So, I’d bet that other travelers going there will have the same issue.
We couldn’t reach our room from the lobby, but had to “drive to the back.” The back door was propped open by people smoking outside.
I gave this hotel two stars because our room and the (very small) bathroom were clean, and the hotel allows dogs, which is great.
We were there for two nights, the second night, our keycards stopped working.
There needs to be more training of the front desk personnel.
We will not return.
