My kids had and I loved that the room was very clean and they especially loved how spacious the bathroom and the room was! Breakfast in the morning was their favorite especially since they absolutely loved the pancake maker!

The staff were so nice and accommodating! My first room smelled like marijuana (not their fault, some other guests were ignoring the policies) but was clean. I asked if I could be switched to a different room and they quickly changed me to a room that was again very clean but also smelled nice. The breakfast was decent, too. I will come here again.

Absolutely amazing! Levi was not only friendly, courteous and accommodating but he truly went above and beyond. He is amazing at his role here. The hotel itself was very clean, breakfast staff was helpful and always kept things stocked. There was a soccer tournament in town at the same time and we didn’t hear a peep. Great Valentine’s Day getaway from the Valley and will absolutely make this our “go-to” place to stay when coming to Prescott. Centrally located close to stores and restaurants. Such a great experience!!

This is the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. Remodeled during COVID, in February 2024, it still looks brand new. We arrived at 11:00am, way before the 4:00pm check-in time and the extremely nice front desk personal (Valerie and Levy) said they could have our room ready by 1:00pm. We left for lunch and came back a little after 1:00pm and the room was waiting for us. The room itself was clean, and spacious, and had a microwave and refrigerator. We spend some time in the indoor heated pool and hot tub before heading out for dinner. The next morning the free breakfast was plentiful. I had to work in the morning and asked for a late checkout (normally 11:00am) and they extended it to Noon, which gave me enough time to get back and pack before checking out. Overall, a great place and it is now my 1st choice when I have to be in Prescott.

Don’t stay on 3rd floor. We’ve stayed here several times, however, the 3rd floor was very loud with the traffic and stairs door.

The hotel room was nice and clean. Hotel receptionists and staff were very personable and friendly. They have coffee, tea, and hot cocoa available at all times in the breakfast area. Included breakfast is good with a handful of great options! Will book here again the next time I am in town

Love this place, my husband and my family do a lot of little weekend trips and this place literally has everything from an easy to use cart for the luggage to the most amazing staff. We have stayed at a lot of places here in Prescott, and this one is by far my favorite. It has too many great things to even list best! I will say they seem to always be improving. If I had to suggest one thing, it would just be to get a better mattress for the sleeper sofa. The main beds are super comfy!!

Christmas Lightning/Birthday
It was a great birthday getaway and wanted to watch the Christmas Lightning. And our stay at The Holiday Inn Express made it complete and perfect more so we stayed with another family(close friend) and had our rooms close to each other. The Lobby was very convenient for games that our teens enjoyed and opened an avenue to meet other teens staying in the hotel. We had a great time! Grateful for another wonderful stay!

One great night
Checked in late at 11:30 PM and the staff was great. Asked about our day and informed us about everything the hotel had for us. Room almost looked brand new. Great lighting and very clean. Breakfast was very good too. Someone scraped my back bumper in the parking lot overnight so that was a bummer, but just decided to handle it on my own. Overall great stay.
