“Great rooms, and even better views”

Arrived at 330 am and although you have to ring a bell and wake them up, the staff was more than friendly and helpful. He even offered to walk me over to my room because it was across the street and dark, although i declined and found the room just fine.. The room was very big and comfortable, everything was clean and the kitchenette was fully stocked. For the money, this was the best hotel ive ever stayed in. I talked with the gentleman on sunday and asked for a late check out and he was more than willing to oblige, basically just said whenever i check out is cool.. Such a nice hotel for the price, i will always stay here if i need a room in prescott in the future.

“Great hotel - for a great price”

Went to Prescott on an "event" weekend, and found this on Expedia at a very reasonable price, considering the high demand for rooms. Hotel is convenient to downtown activities, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Clean, comfortable room. Individual thermostat-controlled heat and cooling, well equipped with 2 beds, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee-maker. Nice large balcony on 2nd floor and patio on ground floor with outdoor table and chairs to relax and meet other guests. Great Mexican restaurant right across the street.

“What I expected”

I was looking for a low priced place to sleep while in town for a volleyball tournament. This motel fit the bill nicely. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The building was older, but the furniture and carpet seemed new. Don't expect any extras like a hair dryer or shampoo, but I bring my own anyway. There is a small fridge and microwave. Coffee and sweet rolls in the lobby for breakfast was nice. Overall it was pleasant and where else can you park just 8 feet from your front door?

“Last Minute Pleasure”

The room was clean and welcoming but not over the top. The bathroom was tiny, and had none of the hotel extras like shampoo and stuff but had excellent water pressure. We were excited to try out the fireplace which was a real bonus. The kitchenette area met our needs with a small fridge and a microwave but had no oven. The TV remote control did not work. We were in town for an event and were really just looking for a place to sleep and do a little cooking and this place was just perfect and reasonable priced. I am putting it in my address book for next year.

“Comfortable and dog friendly.”

My husband and I have stayed here many times, particularly because we travelled to Prescott with our dog, and they are dog friendly. It has been fairly run down for years, but to our surprise there have been many cosmetic improvements. It was quiet and comfortable and we would return on our next visit to Prescott.

“a cabin in the woods”

just needed some paper towels or dish towels in the kitchen, and a extra coffee cup. We thought it was cute and being in the pine trees was a bonus.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

Before checking in, I read some reviews which initially concerned me but after staying there 2 nights I was pleasantly surprised with the large rooms, kitchenettes, and overall cleanliness. You can't beat the rate and I plan on staying there again.

“Fine”

We travel with 2 kids (5 & 8). We stay to visit family in the area. This hotel was okay for a budget hotel. The room was clean and good sized. The location was good. It was kind of weird that the front desk clerk told us walk-in rates are cheaper. (I'm not about to test my luck with no reservation and two kids in tow.) There is no continental breakfast. (They have coffee and danishes) There are no items if you forget them like travel tooth brushes. I would stay here again.

“Comfortable”

I've been in nicer hotels but I like this place. A little on the older side but not a cookie cutter motel. I like the refrigerator and microwave. We hardly ever eat out so this is good for us. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. One demerit for the ice machine however. It is a small counter top unit in the office so if you don't get there fast, the ice is gone.

“Good deal for the price”

No problems with check-in or staff. On the negative side of things, the room was quite small, and the bed seemed to be closer to full-size rather than queen as stated. There were only two pillows and two towels in the room. Also, we had booked a smoking room and were given a non-smoking (but when we asked we were offered a different room promptly so it wasn't really an issue.) On the plus side, everything was clean and functional; TV, lights, A/C, shower all worked fine. Bedding, carpeting, though a bit worn, were clean. This is an old-style motel, a bit off the main track in Prescott but it is quiet and well-maintained. We were quite satisfied with our stay.
