Really good experience, nice rooms, good restaurant (including the breakfast), very nice spa and pool, personnel really polite and helpful. The only negative thing is that the kids room could have more toys and activities. It is a pity to have an entire room, but so few options for the kids.

They do not deserve 4*. Poor management. Make sure you buy water, coffee or drinks when you show up there . They do not have it on site . Unfriendly staff, screaming at guests. Poor breakfast, long line for a coffee at breakfast because coffee machine is broke. Dirty rooms , holes in the bathroom walls, missing tiles ,showers do not work properly. Just stay away from this property.

I couldn't get the air conditioner to work. I think it must have been central air - what the hotel gave you. I needed an iron, but one was not available.

The pool is ok, but could be bigger. Jacuzzy is too small. There is enough space to park. Staff does not really have a clue about customer service. I had spider web in corners of my room, so cleanliness....not accurate.

Nice stay in Predeal
The room was nice and cosy.Staff was very kind. Breakfast was good. The hotel was running at full capacity so the SPA area was really crowded and the check-in was done at 16p.m which is quite late.

The hotel itself is decent: you'd expect that for this price. The staff is nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is known for its spa center - here came my biggest disappointment: prior to my arrival the management decided that it would be closed for maintenance

Good hotel
The room was tidy and warm !The window view was beautiful with all the snow outside! Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. Only one thing I didn't like was the receptionist he was a bit mean and the room was ready at 4pm .I recommend it!

Mediocre hotel
Very uncomfortable bed, no complimentary coffee/tea/water, poor breakfast. Can not be considered as a spa hotel since they can't provide the services. All in all, this is a 3 stars hotel.

My stay was very relaxing and comfortable. I really appreciate both restaurants. By the way: the breakfast was delicious! The sole negative aspect: the swimming pool was very crowded and jumping in the pool it is not (really) forbidden!

A Hotel you'll never regret
From pleasant and prompt staff to the exquisite complimentary gift, this hotel was memorable in every scene of the word. Beautiful views, the food, the perfectly selecting dining music... 5/5 stars all the way.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. The mentality of the stuff is still Ceausescu times . We will recomand taking in consideration price performence.

Pleasantly surprised
This hotel deserves 5 stars. It smells and feels like it. More than this, we were pleasantly surprised by the staff, which noticed that it was my wife's name day and gave her a present and a letter. Small things that make a big impression :)
