Staff was flexible in meeting our needs for early departure and for allowing us to eat breakfast the day we checked in. The concierge Barbaro was particularly helpful.

Good but not great
We stayed 30 October-2nd November. Hotel is in an excellent central location, perfect. However the bed was very hard and not comfy and the shower was temperamental. Overall, 7/10 stay, major pro is the location, but the room was far from perfect.

Nice Hilton Hotel with that traditional old Europe feel. Nice dry sauna, gym and pool. Very clean and air conditioned room.

A must stay for Prague
Perfect location at the foot of Old Town. Surrounded by charm and interesting architecture. Concierge service excellent. The hotel service was excellent in all departments. Loved the oversized and lush bath towels. Food extremely good. Located close to night life and other attractions and historic sites. We can’t wait to go back and will stay there again.

Hotel is located at a very central place. Staff is great. Very helpful, friendly and accommodative. The rooms are nice and clean. Washroom looked very new. Only problem with the room was there was no view. But it didn’t matter to me as I was there only for 1 night. Overall it was a very comfortable and please t stay. Have to mention the lady at the information desk was awesome. She recommended me to visit a jazz club called the Reduta. That was one of the best jazz clubs I have been to. If you are a jazz lover and want to visit a jazz club in Prague, check this out!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Prague Old Town. The Hotel is clean, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast service is excellent. The staff were absolutely outstanding and couldn't do enough to help us, nothing was a problem. Service delivered with a smile, we were treated with the utmost courtesy. I highly recommend this Hotel when visiting beautiful Prague.

Wouldn't recommended for non-business travellers
Stayed 4 nights as a family of three. Good parts: Location, room cleaning services, spa/pool available. Not so good parts: pool/spa area is rather small for a hotel that big. Rooms are a bit dated. Bad parts: AC was not working in February, it was hot inside, and opening a window did not help. Overpriced breakfast - 550p/p is not worth, a mediocre selection of hot/cold meals. Within 100 meters you can find top-notch breakfast restaurants and spend less. No EV charging available in the parking lot, and parking costs are high. Just across the street there is a public parking Celnice that costs 100czk/day less and has EV charging. Overall, I think if you are not on a business trip and pay from your own pocket - there are better options to consider.

Good Hotel and Good Location
Good hotel, good location near Old Prague town square. Excellent service at Check in. Concierge was very helpful in booking us a tour. Bellman was helpful in getting us a taxi. Good Breakfast options in their buffet. I would recommend this hotel. But I think it was priced a little high.

It had plenty of excellent restaurants and good bars around it they can get you tours they had a great Spa area you could feel comfortable walking anywhere I walked all over the place and I'm 61 years old friendly nice really enjoyed my stay and Prague
