This hotel is falsly adveritised as a luxury hotel with hot tub and 24h business center. 1) There is no business center. They have a computer monitor and keyboard turned outward on the reception desk (that's the business center). 2) There is no spa or hot tub available to guests (according to reception, "there is a sepatate company which has a hot tub which you can pay by the hour to use." 3) The expedia app shows 5 stars for this hotel, the building and brochures displays 4 stars. The unethical marketing is unfortunate because most staff are quite professional. Most restaurant staff were kind and professional. Two elderly restaurant staff members were distasteful but not rude - one was constantly coughing with phlegm into her bare hand then handling the buffet breakfast food (I left without finishing breakfast). The other was spraying cleaning chemical onto the tables with the cuttlery still on the table (toxic poisoning risk). The decor is good, with elegant marble finishing. This is an ok hotel, but not what is advertised. In summary I have blacklisted this hotel preventing future bookings by my office. The hotel manager did agree to meet with me about these issue, but my work schedule did not permit it; and I really did not think the meeting would change anything...Prague was labeled by National Geographic as a city full of SCAMS for a reason. I just did not expect to be scammed by a hotel listed on Expedia. Summarily, you can expect an average experience, with surprises.
