Out of town but just a short walk from the metro station, short journey from the centre on the frequent/reliable metro system. Good room for the price, easy check in. Only problem was that for my second visit in a row the fire alarm went off, this time at 0245 in the morning which was a major disturbance.

Off-centre, but covers the basics and good value
Location off-centre. It's about 15min metro ride, then perhaps 10min walk. The area is residential and quiet - unless the neighbouring rooms are not. The room is simple, covers the basics and is clean. I booked a single and got a quadruple - so more space but cluttered with beds I didn't want or need. Breakfast pretty good - enough options in the buffet to keep some variety for a few days. The price was competitive though it seemed quite off-season and not too busy. The two people I encountered at the reception didn't seem to speak Czech which felt odd. If you don't mind not being in the city centre, it could be a good value option. I will certainly consider it if back in Prague.

Extremely understaffed! 1-3 people to run the desk and the bar st all time even when there where bus loads coming in. Always very noisy. The elevator didn’t work on the second day and I had to walk 12 floors. Told this was frequent. The location was a ten minute walk to metro which was good but there was nothing around for a long ways.

The hotel was good value for money, nice beer garden at the back. My only complaint was that some guests were allowed to stay and talk loudly (and sometimes even sing) in the beer garden till past 03:00am which makes it difficult to sleep. Ask for a room facing the front and on the upper floors to avoid this.

Reasonable hostel/hotel.
Good size ensuite rooms, comfortable beds. The self service breakfast selection was good. The nearest metro was a five minute walk away. There are a few decent restaurants in the area although most of the staff did not speak english. The only drawback was that the t.v did not have a english speaking news channel.

It needs a 24/7 reasonably price restaurant. Staff should be more aggressive in interacting with the guess in terms of their needs, hotel amenities, orientations of the tourist attractions etc.

My stay was very good. Friendly staff and location was close to Metro station. Comfortable bed and bathroom was clean. Other guests were loud at times late in the evening, but that is not the hotel’s fault.

You get what you have paid for, however the rooms are clean, towels fresh and for a short stay it is not bad at all. for breakfast which is cheap you can eat as much as you possibly can. Overall GOOD hotel.

Manage your expectations
This is a budget hostel / hotel and as such expecting 5 star treatment is aiming too high. Instead it delivers on what it promises. The lobby is lively till late night and good opportunity to make new friends. Will stay again.

Great for Young Travellers
The staff were a little less than friendly which was quite disappointing but overall a decent stay. Only thing to keep an eye out for I didn't realize that they didn't charge my credit card when I booked so I had to pay when we checked in which was unexpected. My fault for not reading my itinerary properly but just keep an eye out for that. Definitely a student travelling or young adult place to stay. I'm sure it's fine for families too but was definitely a travellers spot not a tourists place.

It was a nice stay. Good service just wifi was bad
It was a nice stay there just as I said before low WiFi. Breakfast very good. They gave a map where I could see all tourist atractions and was a guide for me. Metro is a better and confortable choice.

Not a great time
This experience was not a good one, because we happened to be in Prague for Easter weekend, and this was the only room available It was overpriced as a result (100 euros), and it was located across the hall from the elevator door, which slammed loudly whenever it was used. Additionally, the hostel was completely booked by a teenaged youth soccer league, so it was a madhouse most of the time. Finally, this hostel is in the suburbs, and is not convenient to go to and from the center of Prague. It's not too far from a metro line, but it's still a 30 minute ride to the center. As for the actual room, it seemed clean and everything worked, so at any other time it might have been ok, except for that elevator door.

overall, hotel service, hotel condition, room cleanliness, room comfort, neigh One of the worst, backpacker-unfriendly hostels in Prague. They charge for sheets, poor Wi-Fi, and lifeless, dull staff. I have stayed at other A&Os in Germany, and this is the lowest-quality in the chain. The distance this hostel is from the center of Prague and anything of value in the city is almost unforgivable. I do not recommend staying here unless you have low to no options. There are plenty of better hostels in town. Also, I experienced racism/discrimination from a manager woman who runs the breakfast area (she wears a blue polo shirt with short cut hair) who singled-out black guests to ask for their "breakfast tokens" and virtually no one else. She was also cold and unfriendly to paying guests. The hotel should be notified of her terrible, rude, racist service as I will never come back again.

Hostel is in a quiet residential area, 15 minutes away by metro to the city center, but not in the city center, please keep that in mind. It was very clean, had everything we needed and even a kitchen to use. Staffs are friendly. Would recommend to anyone who wants a cheap and clean accommodation.

Very good, although the everything inside of the hotel is much more expensive than the other hotels. I would recommend it.
