The staff really made this stay perfect. Vanessa (i think, i’m sorry my brain isnt working!) was one of the nicest and most hospitable people I have ever met. And Ive been in the industry almost 30yrs.

Room needed updating. Dirty grout, scuff marks on walls. Staff confused about hotel policy regarding breakfast. Was told breakfast was free, then was told we had to pay.
In need of an update. Shower appeared dirty but possibly because the tiles are so old. Bed was very uncomfortable! For $400+ we expected much nicer accommodation..

Easy access off I-84. Co-located with several other chain hotels off Route 9. Good security, adequate parking, good-sized room, a flat screen TV with an uncomplicated remote that works! Very helpful staff on duty at the reception. Especially helpful throughout our 5-night stay was Jonathan who gave us a fabulous local restaurant recommendation as well.

Outside the property was nice it was hard to see being the sign didn't light up at night. Very dark. Lobby very nice. The rooms seemed outdated. Botton cover of a c unit broke off in floor. Minor things.

The staff is outstanding: kitchen, bartender, and front desk. The property needs a facelift.

Made reservations at noon and was able to get an early checkin at 1pm. Was very hot and humid, so we were able to get a cool shower and a change of clothes before our evening activities. The staff was excellent.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. I normally don't get a good night's sleep in hotels due to noise or too much light in the room at night or extremely dusty and linty. I was very pleasantly surprised that my room didn't feel dusty at all. As I am highly allergic. Thank you for such a great stay. will definitely make it my next stay whenever I am back in that area.
