"Liked this hotel ... modern, clean and confortable."

"Very strange and mixed experience. Arrived around 17h to check-in, and there was nobody working in reception. After waiting about 10 minutes and texting the number posted on the wall a lady showed up who didn't seem to speak english or much italian and just handed me a key. I was wondering what would happen at check-out the next morning since I left early, but had opposite experience. A very kind gentleman insisted on offering breakfast (even though it wasn't posted until later) and was warm and...

"This hotel was booked mainly on price but after booking in, we decided to stay for the week. Potenza is a lovely little town with all kinds of bars and restaurants where you will meet interesting, friendly people. I would post photos but they say they are too big. "Mitten in historischer Altstadt. Gut für Globetrotter, schlecht mit Fahrzeug. Wir hatten ein muffiges Erdgeschosszimmer, kleines Fenster für Luft, aber kaum Licht. Wollten extra "Übernachtungs-Tax" abrechnen. Null Englischenntnis."

"Great location in the heart of the community. Restaurants markets and stores in walking distance. Third bed was in middle of kitchen /living area. We were there during a music festival in the piazza, ended up with party goers sitting in doorway and smoking/ talking late into the night."

"This hotel is no where close to a 4 star property! No kettle in the room for tea, when I asked the reception they said I can order tea from room service. Upon check in I asked the receptionist if breakfast was included in our stay and she said yes, during checkout we were told it wasn’t and that we had to pay extra for it. After checking in, we went to our room which was filled with flies, even few dead on the floor. I asked the receptionist if this could be sorted and they sent room cleaning...
