The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable.
However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction.

Really nice room + amazing breakfast.
Perfect location (number 4 bus just outside hotel) + 12-15 euro taxi to most of the popular bits of Palma (ie harbor/cathedrals/old town)
Brilliant facilities too (tennis courts, mini golf , pool table and swimming pool).

I give it a 3 for the lack of cleaning in the room and pool, and no parking. They only made the beds and changed ..."
