I did not Get to Check inn early (around 1pm), so I had to wait until later in the day. The lady at the front desk was nice when I got back and apologized. The hotel room felt a little outdated compared to other hotels I have been too. It was a good location to my job site.

Surprisingly nice here at this 2 1/2 star Hampton Inn! My room was clean and fresh. The breakfast area provided lots of options, and I appreciated the basic but nice comforts throughout the renovated property. The shower was especially nice! I had forgotten my hairdryer, but no worries, there was one there for me.!

The hotel was fine. Not great. We did find ants multiple times, in multiple places. One being my breakfast plate. Not sure if they were on the food or not. I just saw one as I finished my breakfast. We also had some in our room. So, that was unsettling. Beds seemed clean which is what we needed.

Veryyyyy upset about the hot tub being out of order. The hot tub was the reason we rented this stay, we were in town for a dance competition and wanted our dancer to have a nice soak. We weren’t informed of this until we were checking in. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I booked this hotel during the 2024 Portland I've sworn where my home lost power. We needed a pet friendly hotel, and this was a good price and not too far from my house. The staff were super nice and helpful, were able to check me in hours before normal check in time, and my beds had hella pillows. I would go to this hotel again, and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Good and gaps.
Room was comfortable, clean. Common areas clean. Good breakfast. Staff friendly. GAPS: They lost WIFI at 8 pm. I called the front desk and was told by German, that he was calling to et it fixed.. Next morning it was not fexed and he did not tell the day shift it was down. One bed had blood on side of undersheet that had not been replaced. We did not see it till morning

It is an older Hampton with a small lobby/check-in/breakfast area, but I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and my room was clean. Cookies and water bottles at the front desk were a plus.

Staff are incredibly friendly. Areas around property are incredibly noisy. Homeless people like to sneak in and grab a coffee in the morning. I passed on the coffee.

Overall, our stay was fine. We didn't spend much time there except to sleep. We were Room 124. If we had stayed longer, we would have pursued getting the slow draining sink drain fixed and asked that they fix the non-functioning TV. The room also had ants that filled our pet's food dish. (We fixed that by putting the food dish on a plate of water). I forgot to report all this to management. Hopefully they'll check reviews.

Front desk very friendly, lobby very clean, breakfast area wonderful our room, (they do except pets) smelt like dog, then as i sat on the bed to relax i smelt urine so asked for a different room and the lady at the front desk was right on the switch. The bed comfortable and the shower was great. Not much counter space in the bathroom. Over all experience was exceptional and would stay again.
