"The room did NOT look like the picture on Expedia. Not even close. The pillows were small and flat. I asked for more but hotel staff said they didn't have more. The refrigerator didn't work and made a knocking sound all night. The ice machine didn't have enough ice to fill a bucket. The bathtub was dirty and nasty. This was one of the worse rooms I've ever stayed in."
