"Booked a room for one night, the rooms have been renovated which was good however there was no water pressure and no hot water, staff knew about the issue but did not inform guest upon check in of the problem,"

"I normally stay at Airways buy it wascfully booked. First despite call the hotel In advance, the bus never showed up. The other hotel reps called the Holiday Inn rep and she couldn't be bothered. No customer service. Check in was chaos with 1 person serving and people everywhere. Had to go back to the reception to get the wifi code. Very disorganized. Getting the bus back to the airport was also problematic. I won't stay there again."
