The accommodation was really nice. Nice, comfy beds, kitchen had most of the things we needed for cooking at home. The bathrooms had complimentary creams and washes etc. washer and dryer. towels for the pool/beach too. Gym great for me at 7 months pregnancy with free weights up to 10kg, a couple of kettle bells, a step, cardio equipment, towels etc. but no good for my fit hubby. The pool was great. Big ‘beach’ area which was great for our toddler and for me just lazing around on. Pool temp perfectly warm for a person that hates cold pools lol Negatives - biggest one is the annoying overselling of Club Wyndham. We didn’t have any interest in going to the 1.5 hour meeting. They tried to lock me in with it when checking in, which was annoying, as we had just driven 4 hours in the car and my toddler was losing it. When I didn’t give them a time they ended up calling 2-3 times every day to the room phone. Most of the time I was trying to get a toddler down for a nap or sleep etc (midday calls, 8pm calls etc) so never answered. It was just annoying as I shouldn’t have to put up with the hard sell. You told me about it. If I wanted to take part I would have said. It puts me off going to another Wyndham to be honest. Other than that, when we arrived the previous people in the accommodation had obviously left prawns in the bin prior the place stunk of prawns. Not enough dishwasher or laundry powder supplied. Place got quite humid if no air con on. Pubes left in shower after cleaning

Really need to address putting something around the pool for people to leave belongings as it was impossible to get a chair or even any dry spot at busy times and everything is wet. Loss of space around the pool to the restaurant since we were there last was felt. People holding chairs with resort towels was annoying when they aren’t even in the pool. The room had lost belongings and rubbish under the couch. Wasn’t as clean as when we have previously stayed. Was a bit noisy at night by the elevator and kids playing with trolleys. The rainbow lorikeets who visited daily were lovely and very tame. Love the location being so close to the beach and prefect distance to town.

I have stayed her previously and it was great, hence why I booked again. The first time I stayed, my room was more modern than this time, however the booking was the same. The room I had this time was older, but still nice. However the shower was over a bath. I am quite tall and I had to crouch so my head didn't hit the ceiling above the bath when showering.

Everything from check in to check out was great. The room & location was fantastic. Would highly recommend there on site restaurant, Henry's, the food was terrific. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Port Macquarie 👍

Room had everything I needed and was very clean. Pool area and Henry’s restaurant were excellent. Nice and relaxing sitting by the pool, nice walk to the beach. Only issue, be prepared for the pressure from staff to join Timeshare, they got a bit upset when I said not interested. Just wish they are up front about it from the start, instead of making it sound like something else. It made me feel like it was a scam, the whole way they went about it and the initial secrecy.

It was awesome. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was beautiful. It had everything we needed and was clean. The only be thing I would suggest is a small vacuum in the room to use. Especially when back from the beach so we could clean up ourselves a bit. And the ability to rebook for next year on checkout. The dates we’re open when the girls at the front desk checked. Excellent accommodation. Hoping to rebook next year.

I didnt realise it was a time share club and that i was going to be asked a number of times to attend a 1.5 hr meeting about it during my stay. I wasnt willing to do it but was asked 3 times anyway. When the club is available on external booking sites, it should say it is one of those clubs. Other than that it was a fabulous place.

Our room was really nice and spacious. The shower over the bath (2bedroom apt) must have been an after thought, if you're too tall you'll hit the ceiling! The only other negative is there is a lot of construction work going on. The workmen were loud at start time early in the morning and woke us up :(. Staff are great and extremely helpful. Really close to the Koala Hospital and beach.

It was under construction. There was no pool. Under covered parking has a height limit of 2.2meters so we left our cars in check-in area. The room has a weird smell to it. Main bedroom ceiling light wasn’t working.

Overpriced for location. Staff were polite but really pushed the sales pitch to join rewards club. Wifi, austar, all available but at an additional charge. After staying at Kirra Beach this was really disappointing.

I am both delighted and surprised by my stay at Ramada. From the moment of check in to the checkout ! Great staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. Fabulous pool and bbq amenities, capable of a 6 star rating !!! I’ve stayed in almost 80%of pmq hotels/ apartments and this is by far the most relaxing. Proof that price is not a factor in your accomodation- it’s service and satisfaction !!! Love Flynn’s BeAch RAMADA 👍👍👍👍👍

Comfy bed. Very clean. Extremely well priced for the facilities available in the room. Late check in was greatly appreciated - as well as late check out! Front desk staff (Tessa) was extremely friendly - particularly for how late at night it was - and I could’ve chatted to her for hours :)

Great location and facilities.
Welcoming staff made for a very pleasant start to our stay. Room was spotlessly clean with everything we could have needed during our visit. Pool and BBQ area fantastic. Overall we would highly recommend this resort. Short walk to Flynns beach is a bonus.

The staff were amazing!! The noon checkout is what made me book. Great parking. Great room. Really affordable. The outside of the hotel is lovely. Only downfall was the price of the items in the mini bar. $3.50 for a tiny juice popper!

I went there for work, but took my family with me. The hotel was really accomodating, and even though I had made some mistakes with my booking they fixed them for me without fuss. The ladies that were on the desk were informed and empowered to make my stay a delightful one. I will definitely return.

Pleasant studio apartment, close to the beach.
A good visit, but beware sales staff (only one) trying to sell you a time share. Other than that, the other staff were excellent, particularly the trainee, who fixed our shower head (the only reason the facilities/condition didn't get an excellent. Nice location, with cafe etc just up the road.
