"When we arrived, no one would open the office and we had to sleep in our truck.Even though we had already paid for our room. It was a nightmare getting hotels.com to do anything, this was the first of two awful experiences that has caused me to decide.I will not usehotels.com ever again"

"We loved the location as we were able to walk downtown and to the beach. Also enjoyed the spacious room and comfy bed. Additionally the breakfast was impressive with an assortment of hot items (even had custom breakfast burritos) and fresh fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe and pineapple)."

"The property is beautiful and nice. My wife and booked this for a one night get away. We were really looking forward to our time on the patio (since we paid significantly extra for beach front). The whole time we were there a man was doing construction right outside of our patio on tables and chairs. It was a BIG let down. I wish they would have warned us to err was going to be construction. We would have waited before spending that kind of money on a one night stay. We could not enjoy the beach views because of the loud saw and tools."
