Staff responses when I had questions seemed snarky. They appeared to prefer to rush through getting us signed in and take the money but seemed like us having questions was a bit of an annoyance to them. Our room was great I have allergies and the housekeeping staff were very thoughtful and thorough. There is no included breakfast for the price of your stay. Parking is very expensive 30$ a day even if youre gone all day and only need the spot for sleeping and the gates didnt always work properly. When entering the hotel, there is a perfume scent that is extremely overwhelming especially if you are sensitive. Lots of dogs which was wonderful to see. Very close to the back of the air port. Not far from Tim Hortons and the highway.

Our room was cleaned daily and staff went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend staying here

The room was excellent. Clean no deficiencies. Breakfast was also great! Good selection of food and the made to order omelettes were delicious! Thanks for a great staycation!

We stayed a week at this resort and we loved the pool, the bed was comfy however the wifi was almost non existent as nothing would load, to call the front desk it took a while till you got through, the tim hortons was closed 4 days out of the week and when it was open it was short hours. There was a bad smell like old dead fish in the elevator that lingered for quite a few days. Aside from that and getting weird looks as were a younger couple, it was a decent stay. Not super close to much tho, fyi the mall across is a dead mall
