Construction update

As part of developing Ramada Resort Port Douglas to the next level in regards to presentation of the property, we have commenced works on the construction of the boardwalk and landscaping throughout the centre of the resort.

These works should be completed by May 2013. All Food & Beverage Outlets remain operational as does the Pool & Swim up Pool Bar. Any excess noise will occur between the hours of 9am-3pm.

We will be working hard to ensure minimal disruption to all of our guests. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience & understanding.

Encircled by ancient rainforest, the Tree Bar and Grill is located in the heart of the resort and overlooks the lagoon pool and waterfall. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers a comprehensive tropical buffet breakfast (0700 - 1000), tasty lunches (1030 - 1800) and delicious snacks all day. Come evening, the rainforest trees are illuminated setting the scene for ambient a la carte dining (1800 - 2100). In addition to the Tree Bar and Grill there is a casual bar as well as swim up bar from the lagoon pool

Far North Queensland is renowned for the variety of activities available in close proximity to Port Douglas and Cairns. Port Douglas is the closest port of call to the Great Barrier Reef and close to the Daintree section of the World Heritage listed Wet Tropics.
