This property has so much potential. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous views and lush gardens. Pool is nice and large. The service is really lacking. It takes forever if you order off the a la carte menu (1 hr for a snapper fillet with french fries!) The bedroom and bathroom are really dated. You can tell nothing has been done in a long while to improve the place and it's a real shame. We won't be coming back.

The Jamaican breakfast was excellent and Christine and Yanique provided the best service you could have possibly asked for. The staff at Jamaica Palace took care of me and the family. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.
