Warm service from the staff. Clean room and linens. Staff was able to help us store the luggage after check out and transfer service to Pontresina train station was also available.

Room was nothing like pictures online. It’s Really Old and dated. Staff were great though. Apparently old and new rooms they told us unfortunately we were given the old rooms.

this hotel is about 10 min walk from the train station, very quiet and clean. but it stood out among 9 hotels so far on my this trip is its reception staff. they are very helpful on many issues beyond most staff from other hotels would help. we truly enjoyed our two-day stay there and feel lucky that we picked this hotel.

Wow!
We would highly recommend Hotel Rosatch. The staff is great, the restaurant is fabulous and the facility has everything you could want. A huge kids room, indoor pool and spa services. They will provide bagged lunches to take on your hikes. We loved Pontresina and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cannot fault the service. The shuttle to and from the train station was very helpful. The breakfast was limited in choice but amazing and of good standard. The bed and the pillow were not comfortable at all (too soft). No kettle for coffee and tea facilities.

The staff at this hotel were very kind and helpful. The building and room were very nice. Via email i was able to make arrangements for shuttle from train station to hotel. The in house restaurant has a small daily menu for dinner; but the food was excellent.

Rosatsch was a relaxing haven and affordable luxury for us during our recent stay here. We greatly enjoyed the location, excellent amenities, quality of food, and clean and spacious room. It is a very well-maintained hotel that has quite a lot of local charm (the alpine feeling of Pontresina). We took advantage of the pool and play room with our son - the pool has certain hours that are designated for swimmers/open swimming/family with small children. Generally, our son could play and swim and we felt very welcomed. There is a lovely small spa area with steam room, sauna, and relaxation areas. The parents enjoyed using this space! Cleanliness was a top priority - in all areas of the hotel, from the restaurant to our room, the pool/spa areas...we were very pleased. There was even a promotion that if you did not need the maid passing through your room, the hotel would deduct 5 chf from your hotel bill for each day you declined cleaning service. Not bad! The breakfast buffet was legendary. Classic Swiss breads, cheese/meat, bacon, eggs, yogurts, juices. We were a bit surprised to see a buffet considering COVID restrictions, but there was hand sanitizer everywhere as well as arrows marking the direction of traffic. All restaurant staff wore face shields. Dinners offered a very limited menu, though the quality of food was quite good. All in all, this was a fantastic stay! The hotel even offered cake/card on the day of our arrival for our anniversay!

It’s a great place centrally located in the village. If you prearranged with the hotel they will pick you up at any of the three train/ bus stations. They took us to the bus station in St Moritz the day we left on the Palm Express but to Lugano. If you stay for two nights or more the key card gets you access to all the funiculars, trams, chair lifts, busses, etc. The breakfast was good and they have a pool and hot tub.

Our time at the Rosatsch was very enjoyable. We had a large, quiet room. The staff spoke perfect English and were extremely helpful with tour suggestions, dinner, etc. One very nice bonus is they have a washer and dryer to use. Very much appreciated. We had breakfast included and the buffet each morning was very nice. Another added benefit is they provide shuttle service to and from the St. Moritz train station. Also your room key gives you access to the buses, cog train and lift.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Rosatch. It is centrally located in Pontresina and is within walking distance to many restaurants and one chair lift. Onsite parking was convenient and reasonably priced (10 CHF). The family apartment was large and comfortably accommodated our family of 4. Delicious breakfast in the morning was included in the rare. The best surprise to us was that a hiking pass was included in the rate which allowed us unlimited access to all the trains, busses, cable cars, and funiculars in the area....we made the most of those passes and saw some incredible scenery and did some amazing hikes.

High points were a balcony with great views of the valleys and mountains, the desire of the staff to please the guest with excellent and friendly service,the very good food and the bonus of free travel with the Engadine pass.

Nice hotel, convenient location, good value
My boyfriend and I were upgraded to a nicer room upon arrival (in early July) for a four day stay. The room was very comfortable with a little terrace and a lovely view of snowcapped peaks. The price of the room included an excellent buffet breakfast and a pass for local buses as well as ski lifts and funiculars to beautiful trails. We felt that the hotel rate was very reasonable, given the great breakfasts and the free passes. One of the ski lifts was a very short walk from the hotel, leading to a panoramic trail with spectacular views. Restaurants in the area were very expensive, but the hotel offered an evening salad bar at a reasonable price (for Switzerland). A Coop supermarket was nearby for food purchases to take on hikes. Most people walking around Pontresina looked very healthy and eager to hit the many trails! Although Switzerland is very expensive, our stay in Pontresina was not so costly, given that the beautiful hikes were free and the hotel was almost a bargain.

The staff is very nice and helpful. We had three rooms and every room is spacious and clean. There is a nice swimming pool and whirlpool and sauna - every tourist want after a whole day outside. They have umbrella, walking sticks and backpack for guests to use. Very considerate. The last day we left our luggage in the lobby so that we can talk a walk in the town. When we were back, our luggage were already in the shuttle bus waiting for us. Very nice services.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They sent the porter to pick us up at the train station so that we didn't have to learn the bus system that first night. We stayed in the Residence and the room was very comfortably decorated. Wireless internet is free, but you have to get a log-in from the front desk, which only allows one device at a time to be connected. A very tasty buffet breakfast was provided each morning and included with the room, so that was a big plus. If you're skiing, the hotel can turn your room key into the lift ticket (they had a better price than buying at the mountain) and a branch of the main ski equipment rental company for all of the Engadine Valley is connected through the lobby (another huge convenience). All in all, it was a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful (and spoke English). Originally, I was disappointed not to find a hotel closer to St. Moritz, but the hotel was so great and the transportation so easy that I would consider staying here again. Also, their in-hotel restaurant, Fontini, was superb! Best meal we had on the trip.

Abbiamo soggiornato negli appartamenti 4stelle per una notte. L’appartamento è carino, avrebbe bisogno di una svecchiata pur mantenendo lo stile montanaro. La pecca più grande è il bagno e il materasso poco confortevole. Le altre aree dell’hotel come la spa, piscina e sala per la colazione sono molto belle e rinnovate. Comodissimo il servizio offerto dalla struttura di navetta gratuita per st moritz. Il personale è molto gentile.

In general the hotel and the personals were good. There is not much to do in de village. You should go to st Moritz to have fun. Public transport works until 20:00 oclock.
