"The hotel situated in a good location, walking distance to castle, museum, local bars and town. Definitely go for the room with the jacuzzi you will not be disappointed. The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable..Breakfast was fine. I will definitely stay here again when back in the Brescia area. "The cleaning products used here have an extremely strong smell and the rooms would be unsafe for anyone with scent or chemical sensitivities. The staff did their best to help by switching us into a room that hadn’t been cleaned that day, but even there, with the balcony door wide open and keeping a mask on, the smell was still enough to cause dizziness after a couple hours. The rooftop pool is great and the staff were lovely, but ultimately after a few hours we had to find another hotel to stay...

"We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The thermal mineral baths were a real treat at the end of the day, however would also be great if the wellness centre stayed opened as late as the baths. The staff was friendly, however there was a little noise at night, as our room faced the parking lot . Overall it was a great experience "
