Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."

"The first time in my life I see hotel who is not cleaning the rooms everyday and where you need to pays extra to use the safe in the room. It's supposed to be 4 stars hotel and safe and cleaning the room daily should ln't be an option. "Nice pool, access to both apartment and hotel pool. Very close (about 200m from the beach) so nice short walk. Decent view, was of the road and the trees beyond but depends where you are, some had view of the back which was grasslands and some of the pool. Sometimes staff didn't quite understand what was being said, but this wasn't very major and to be expected when visiting a country foreign to your own. This didn't really impact my stay very much."
