"From the moment we arrived we found exeptional service from the reception staff. As there was little queue we were invited to another desk to check in. Room was very clean and decorated with taste. "We enjoyed a pleasant relaxing stay. The hotel and the staff are exceptional. Only thing stopping me from booking for next year is the amount of information the Spanish government wants them to collect from December. If it happens then I will look elsewhere. Shame really, it's a beautiful place."

"It’s a practical room , pretty big, with nice sofa and little fridge. The hotel is by the sea and beach, which is best thing for me. The other great thing is all the waitresses and waiters and specially the chefs ( Tony and Luis and a lady waitress I forgot her name) are so friendly and so lovely and helpful! I am here working and competing so being in a quiet, practical and relaxing place is just what I needed."

"Enjoyed my stay at the Gran Hotel and Spa. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, right by the beach. It's the tallest building there, so you can't miss it. The spa was a great feature, though it was discounted due to the jacuzzi being closed. The rooftop bar is a nice place to watch the sunset but I wouldn't recommend the food."
