Showering water is cold most of the time . Some towels are old and ripped . The room needs some maintenance , freshing it up . Location is central , staff are nice , clean water is provided in public area. WIFI and phone needs Maintenance.

Muy buen lugar en relación costo y calidad, no esperen lujos. Las habitaciones las limpian todos los días. El servicio es atento. Si desea pasar unos días en Playa del Carmen y no cuenta con un gran presupuesto este hotel es muy buena opción.

Staff is nice, but don’t speak English. Very noisy environment, can not sleep well at night. No hot water available, no basic supplies like fork or spoon. Location is good, bus station right across, close to Walmart.
