All the staff were amazing.. massive shout out to Laura.. from room 453 .. very friendly, helpful and lovely. The food was great and loads of choice. We will definitely be back. But for longer as we were just having a mini visit

most every thing was very good, we will come back, furniture in our room is a little old but it was clean, we been vacationing in different places mostly in Riu resorts I can say the best one is in Punta Cana, the second one is this one in Mallorca, the worst one is the one in Tenerife, I realy recommend Riu Bravo Palma de Mallorca

Avtually is not all inclusive, when the drinks are limited then there is not all inclusive. Maybe is not the resort's fault, but it shouldn't be advertised as all inclusive.
