My daughter and I came to stay for two nights' stay. It was our last girls' night out before she would be leaving for college the following week far, far from home, so we wanted this to be a very special weekend. Both of our rooms were nothing short of lovely. The hotel is very special since many rooms are still in original condition decorated with very nice antiques from the period. Management could not have been more helpful or kind. The breakfasts were delicious and the presentation was marvelous. Special accommodation was made for my Gluten Free diet since I have Celiac Disease. Every effort was clearly made to make us happy and comfortable. We hope to return one day in the future and highly recommend everyone to book a stay with this wonderful hotel.
"The perfect stay before and after a Patriots game."
We stayed to beat the game traffic before and after the Patriots game and found a very attentive staff, a fine bar and bartender, what looked like a new property and a nice place to eat, all at reasonable prices. We will be staying there for each Patriots game.
A great time- great staff nice room. Our first visit to Foxboro and of course the Patriots game- a truly memorable experience. The weather was extremely pleasant ant the local towns were friendly and inviting. Antiques galore. A relaxing fall getaway.
This hotel had everything we needed, no complaints. It was also located close to Gilette Stadium and there was a shuttle run by a taxi company that only cost $20 that got you to the stadium and back. I would definitely stay here again.
Recently decided to take a spontaneous road trip to Fenway Park. While looking for a place to spend the night downtown Boston I quickly realized a clean comfortable room in a nice place was going to be more expensive than my field level premium seats at the game so I expanded my search to a reasonable driving distance. I found this beauty of a hotel and was pleased with it's proximity to Gillette Stadium. The hotel was beautiful, clean, modern and obviously well cared for. The staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area . We booked the stay including breakfast. I didn't know what to expect food wise as there was no description of what our extra $11 would get us but hey, for that little we would have been happy with the basic continential offering. I must say we were blown away by the full breakfast menu we were able to choose from, bacon, sausage, delicious home fries, some of the best cooked eggs you could imagine and excellent quality toast options. Starbucks coffee and juices were also included. The restaurant sitting area was beautiful (go down early to get one of the round booths with a private TV). Needless to say we found our home away from home for trips to Boston and are looking forward to our next visit.
We attended a graduation ceremony at Gillette stadium so having the hotel there with all the restaurants made it so easy. We walked to everything. Hotel was clean and rooms were beautiful and comfortable.
