Hotel was nice and clean, front desk had NO extra pillows so my husband and I had to share between three flat pillows even though online it says they have extra blankets and pillows available. The elevator and first floor hall smells entirely of marijuana. So may need some better air fresheners haha. And we had NO dishes in our kitchenette even though there is a clear display showing what's supposed to be in our room. Not worth over a 100 for one night when nothing was as advertised. At least the bed wasn't hard. Best part was the restaurant next door for a night cap. They need to improve their standards and false advertising. If I could get my money back, I would.

Staff wasn’t much helpful or welcoming at the desk at night, yet when I checked out in the morning the next clerk was more curtious and welcoming. I asked if there were stairs that I could take and staff said there’s only an elevator. Yet when I was leaving out from my room, I noticed that there were steps on the far end that I could walk down instead. Again, staff very half-a** on tending to guest’s. Won’t be recommending family to stay for the holidays anymore.

My recent experience at this extended stay hotel was disappointing. Typically, I expect to find pots and pans, a coffee maker, and a coffee/tea setup in my room, but none of these amenities were provided. In addition, housekeeping usually checks in each morning to see if guests need anything, but this did not occur during my stay. Overall, I found the hotel and its service to be subpar compared to other extended stay hotels I have visited. It was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend staying at this hotel in the future.

The hallway smells like a mix of dust and garbage. Once you enter the room, it smells very dusty and dirty. The toilet still had poop in the bottom of the bowl, and there was no hand soap for the sink. 1 of the 3 pillows were dirty with a weird brown stain and a small dark spot on it. If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep for the night, go for it. But if you think you'll be here longer than that, I suggest finding a different hotel in the city of pittsburgh.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. I am glad we only had to be there for 8hours. There was garbage under the beds. It really was gross, sorry to say.

Not maintained and probably old property. Cost cutting everywhere, grab and go breakfast is not even comparable with in room coffee maker with similar ranked other properties. Not worth paying $90 .

Terrible way of welcoming guests . Reception was crowded with people( or friends of front office staff ) with cigarettes. Scary !!! worst hotel I have ever stayed in the United States. Not recommended for Individuals and Families.

Three stars when I looked online, I give it 1 star
In my travels extended stays were better managed, due to people staying longer there was less overhead of cleaning rooms. Unless a property gets many undesired extended stay tenants. This property has smokers, its not controlled, there are cages on smoke detectors to keep people from disarming them. Pet policy seems nice, but I walked by a room that smelled like dirty dog. The rooms was a little worn out, bath sink did not drain, ac/heater was noisy, so we kept it off. Wifi did not work. I think this place is destined to be sold and redone, something is not up to standards here. Friendly staff, but there are problems.

Smelled like weed. The room wasn’t clean when we got there. We were told we could get kitchen supplies up front but they were all out which we were told is normal. The surrounding was run down and gross. We left after one night and went to a new hotel because it was not up to any good standards

The smell of pot they were having to spray to mask the smell in brother in law that was with me on business strip is a police officer and when we pull in the front of this location he told me that this hotel looks like the one they do drig raid on just a fyi people standing in front of loony entrance it is a very small door entrance and there is no lobby, coffee was terrible and it was right by the exit and entrance door

It was ok. I just needed a couple nights to myself. The door to my room was not in the frame properly and was difficult to lock. There was a big space where you could see the light shining in from the hallway. I had a room right next to the lobby, so people in the hallway were a little annoying at times. Also, the people above me were really loud...I'm assuming it was children running and jumping around. No one came to clean my woom while i was there, either. I didn't make much mess, so i wasn't extremely bothered by it, but it seems housekeeping should have come. The carpet had some really bad stains, as did the chair at the desk in the room.

Cockroaches in the room. Small babies everywhere and a few bigger ones in the room. TV stand was broken and pointed to the floor. The kitchen sink was clogged. The bath soap was crumbled into pieces like a cracker. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. People smoking right outside lobby door in a NO SMOKING area. You had to go around them. There was even someone leaning right on the pillar that had the no smoking sign puffing on her cigarette. They had a good size refrigerator and microwave. There was a kitchenette with sink and stove.
