Staff were all so wonderful at the front desk. Hotel is old and rundown looking but our room was clean and thats all that mattered.

Hallways had a terrible odor. Carpets were old, torn in places and dirty Room was filthy. Not vacuumed, dusted, stains on lampshades, pillowcases and curtains. TV didn’t work. Plaster crumbling. Just disgusting. Will never stay here again. The photos on expedite are deceiving

I kept having trouble with the card to get in the door , so that’s not good when you have to use the rest room & have to keep going to the front desk ! The pool room needs updated! The pool itself was clean and warm ! No life guard though .. lots of channels to watch on tv , parking was cool , The bar should stay open past 10 ! The breakfast was ok ! Food to order was good Especially the salad!!

The bathroom had rusted out bars to hold the towels and walls that were bulging. The door not only wouldn’t lock, but would pop open. When we got there the toilet paper roll was about 1/4 full. It wasn’t until the middle of the night that we realized that there was no backup. The refrigerator was not very cold. We brought a small dog we paid for, but the grass was 3 inches high and she could not even walk in it to go to the bathroom. The key reader was hard to work. Etc., etc., etc. For what we paid, we could have stayed at a much nicer place.

Inaccessible. Was not told there was not an elevator, had no way to ask or reserve a room with accommodations for my mobility aid scooter. Ended up having to crawl up steps. Awful and was told "you'll figure it out" by the receptionist when I pointed this out. Will NOT be staying again.

The shower didn’t get warm in room 206. Was told there was no parking where there was that was closer to our room. Shower ceiling was moldy and caving in. Window was not secure in any fashion and could not be locked. Basically falling apart and dirty.

The rooms were dirty… they did give a different room because of the dirty room initially given to us. We went to use the pool and there was something black growing on the pool walls, the restrooms in the pool area were dirty.

The bed was comfortable and the linens clean. The property is in need of updating...broken doors, worn and dirty carpets, tired bathroom with broken tiles. Rooms are connected by a thin door and you can hear your neighbor.

Overall the room was just dirty. Tv remote did not work. The hair dryer only worked for maybe 2 min and then turned off. Arrived after dark and the outside lighting was very poor. Def wouldn’t stay there again

There need to be more emphasis on how often house keeping service comes to clean your room. I book three nights and house keep is schedule only after three days. We spent more time picking up towels and taking trash to the ice machine area. I have made a note to always double check before booking. There’s a hidden house keeping game these hotel play, there concern is always prepping for the next check customer once you check in that’s it know more services!

We had one room for our family during our stay. The room didn’t look to be vacuumed in awhile. The curtains were torn horribly, with dirt and smear stains all over them. Bathroom mirror on door hadn’t been cleaned in ages, over grimy room. And stains on towels. Double beds seemed small. Sliding door was old and pieces were falling off.

When I read the reviews I was sceptical, but once we got there and checked in it really wasn't that bad. Of course it could use some updates but what hotel doesn't. The only issues we had was the outlets wouldn't hold our chargers anything we plugged in fell back out. But we had fun and enjoyed the pool sad the hot tub was down but would stay again. Thanks to the front desk crew the lady's we so nice and helpful,also the breakfast crew those lady's were super nice and helpful.

They put me and my 4 kids out of the pool and we all had wrist bands because there were some other kids unattended that did not come with us at all but we were playing with the children in the pool and they tried to tell us we needed another room because there were too many kids that belong to me smh the male at the front desk was very rude towards me even told me he will have someone fight me and I left after 15 minutes of being there with no refund I do not recommend this hotel at all do not go it’s very unprofessional

Ms.Malloy, you had way more than 4 children in the room with you and you did not have enough bands. We have this policy is place for the safety of our guests. We do not allow pool parties, and that is what you were trying to do. We offered for you to get a second room which you thought about doing but declined then said you were leaving. You were here a lot longer than 15 minutes, and kept trying to accuse my staff of lying then approached him in the hallway while he was assisting with another guest. That situation has been handled. I was the Manager on Duty last night and I am the one you talked too and I in fact, did offer to refund you, all you had to do was call Expedia and I would authorize the refund. Please do not act like you did nothing wrong. You broke hotel policy and that is why you then decided to leave. We didn't even put you out, you left on your own before we got the chance.

Some people at the desk were nice, others not so much. Never had my room cleaned when I stayed 4 nights. Breakfast area kind of tiny and it was crowded. Other than that I enjoyee my stay.

I had a very good time during my stay. The employees were very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and we got free breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel , especially for the price
