The stay was good except for the new bed recently put into the room. We stayed in room 209 6 months ago and the bed was very comfortable. Apparently the owner of the room decided to put a new bed in the room recently, to our dismay. The bed is extra extra firm. It's so hard you might as well sleep on the floor. My husband and I had fitful nights slepping on the horrible bed. I only got 3 hours of sleep the last night we were there. That kind of mattress might be good for people with back problems only. We will never request that room again.

we liked this property. The room 210 has an amazing view. Absolutely enjoyed our short stay here. it’s close to the pier, restaurants and stores. We will come back again. I wish we will get the same room next time.

This is an excellent location to take advantage of all Pismo Beach has to offer. The parking is convenient and everything is walkable from the hotel. The view of the surfers from the rooms is great. We had a one bedroom suite and it was in good shape; but the towels could use some updating.

Perfect spot for a quick pismo vacation. best hotel in town overlooking the beach with the most convinient parking and location. Room 305 had a balcony with the best ocean view. Highly recommend!

The view from the Aloha room was fabulous. We enjoyed the location with walking distance to the boardwalk, pier, and beach as well as the downtown shopping and restaurants. The only cautions I would give is that although during our visit we had wonderful mild Spring weather I think the lack of air conditioning could be a problem in warmer weather.

Basically located right on Pismo Beach! Steps to the sand or pier! Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Our room had a view of the surf and the beautiful sunsets!

Easy check in and out. I was extremely please with my room considering I had a big family. Super cute layout and everything felt like I was home. Convenient walk to the beach and pier was literally around. I would definitely book again!

The young Burnette girl needs more training.
The location is always great. Service is ok. Pointing out the big fine if you smoke is a little much when you already read and sign the agreement. Keyless entry didnt work for our room, had to go back and get a key. The view from our room is amazing. Also wish that they'd put a clear signs of where the ice machine is. That is basic and we shouldn't have to ask where that is. That info should be given out with the smoking fine threat from the young girl at the front. We love that our car is locked in a private space too. We stayed in 307 and mostly loved it besides the little crap mentioned above. We'll stay here again and have recommended it to many.

Great location, good stay
This place was great for families. Our room had a small kitchenette, beach toys and several smaller rooms for young ones to crash. Parking is secure and it’s a few buildings from the beach. The light in the hall came through our room blinds but other than that, it was a perfect stay.
