A fantastic location, very clean and helpful staff but very dated. The doors to the rooms gave a hostel feel and the bathroom was so outdated as to feel uncomfortable. At breakfast the food looked of poor quality. Just a hostel type feel at hotel prices.

Excellent location!!! Across from the pisa tower, couldnt be any closer, from the window the tower is in front of your eyes. The hotel was a bit outdated, but clean and front desk nice, breakfast not impressed at all. The location is perfect.

Decent enough
As per all previous reviews, im sure. Very tired and dated rooms, but a certain character to them! You pay your money, you take your choices. £80 for a window view of the tower, i was ok with it.

Right next to the miracle square in the old town. Friendly staff and Good breakfast. Although rooms are a bit dated, they took you back in time and are reasonably comfortable.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful but the property is really outdated and needs considerable money to be spent on new fittings and a general refresh. Both the public areas and the room were musty and dusty feeling.

Not bad overall, but not extraordinary as well. I almost knew what is coming for me and I had my expectations set, however the dissappoitment came from the paid parking. When in the booking it says free parking. Nevertheless, the receptionist was nice.

The location was excellent. The room was real clean. The breakfast was pretty good fot the price paid. This hotel should be and renovated. Everthing is just old. The rug is old an it seems dirty old over the hotel. Bathroom, common areas are real bad. Only one staff made us feel welcome. The elavator stop between floors. So you either carry your bags up or down.

Excellent location. It’s less than a block away from the Tower. Hotel is old as everything in Pisa, but facilities are well maintained. Bathrooms are brand new and nice decorated. Highly recommend it.

Great staff and location. Literally steps away from the tower. Hotel is definitely dated. It’s a great place if you aren’t looking for luxury and want to be in the heart of all the attractions.

I was travelling by myself and chose this hotel due to the location. The room wasn’t the best, but for a solo traveller I really didn’t need a lot more, I could walk to the airport and the train station pretty easily, and I could see the leaning tower of Pisa from my room window, for the price you really can’t ask for more. Access was easy and the staff were great, the wifi wasn’t the strongest so I used my 4G for most of the trip, the only thing I wish there was is a kettle in the room. The cleaners done a good job and cleaned the room everyday with new sheets. If you’re looking for luxury, don’t stay here, but by myself, for the price and location, it really was amazing

Great lication, could not be closer to the Tower. Friendly staff. Room was unfortunately located by the luft which squeeked all night, then the repair men arrived early mirning to fix it. Otherwise goid value for money

Central location and very friendly
Great central location we could see the tower from our bedroom window. Flew to Pisa easy transfer, arrived late, reception open, sent us straight over to a restaurant opposite great dinner. Great start to our trip.

Hotel is in poor state of repair. Had to wait some time on arrival before anyone turned up on reception. Although near the Duomo & tower it was quite a seedy area.

The location of this property for the price was excellent, other than that it was less than we desired. Very outdated, walls were dirty (imagine popcorn ceiling on walls) bathroom had a very small shower that was hard to get in and out of, bed was hard. Staff was very kind and helpful so it made up for some of it. Unless you’re on a budget trip I would skip this hotel and try another for a bit more money.

Great location. Very good value. Nearby in-street parking was provide to us for just €7 for a day! The continental breakfast was good. Not a luxury place, but very good experience for us.

Great location and had a view of the Leaning Tower from our room, staff attentive and friendly. The hotel was a little dated and tired. But this did give it a little old world charm. Would stay again!

Great place to stay near all main attractions!
Such a charming atmosphere and perfect location on a small piazza with a view of the Leaning Tower from an open window. Two restaurants directly opposite serving good food. Air conditioning very effective, not necessary all night. Good shower, although the bathroom was a little small, it was clean and functional. All of the staff were really courteous and very helpful.

The hotel was in such a great location that i could ignore the old worn carpet. Breakfast was mediocre. The room was very small but comfortable. The housekeeping left pop-can sticky ring marks on the table. Staff was so polite. We could see the tower outside the window! Eateries were close, along with the square of miracles so close.
