"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...

"Very dated wobbly bed but was comfortable ,repair marks in room with pipes and wires showing didn’t realise the bathroom wouldn’t be in our room and had to walk along the hallway to use😱 Best thing about it was the cup of tea in the morning and a couple minutes walk to leaning tower "

"We had a great stay there for a week. The property is of very good standard and well-maintained with the private garden, no other holiday-makers in the house. The owner was very friendly and provided immediate response to any queries. There is a public free beach (the majority of the long coast is taken by paid facilities) nearby which you access via shady woodland path directly across the road. The beach is very clean with fine sand. Nice cafes in the centre. There is a bus which goes from Pisa...
