"Comfortable apartment close to the University and the city's major attractions with amenities and comfort for a short or long stay. We enjoyed the markets and restaurants within walking distance and the vibe of the area. Check-in was easy but there are no clear markings or numbers to show this apartment, which sits at the very top of the stairs in the building. "The room was so lovely, beautifully decorated, very spacious, comfortable, very clean. There was more than enough storage space. Location could not be beat. Host was more than helpful and the breakfast had many options. After a long day of sight seeing, we enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace. Highly recommend!"

"Me and my family absolutely loved our stay here. We couldn't have hoped for a better place as we settled ourselves into Pisa. This place is like having a 'real' home in a typical residential area of Pisa. If you're staying for more than a couple of days, I highly recommend this location as it is closer to the typical Pisan experience. "The spot is near the tower, and walkable. The rooms are spacious and the balcony is very nice. Its outside Of the tourist center which is great for a local feel. It was very very hot in Pisa the days we were here and the apartment was not cool. There was a free parking lot near the apartment but it was not always available."

"The best part about this place is opening the windows to see the Mediterranean Sea. It is simply breathtaking. The balcony is much larger than the pictures capture and it is where we spent most of our time when not out and about. Even though this is listed as a non-smoking place, there was a noticeable scent of stale cigarette smoke when entering and the windows are not open. Property Manager was so helpful for our check-in! "We had a great stay there for a week. The property is of very good standard and well-maintained with the private garden, no other holiday-makers in the house. The owner was very friendly and provided immediate response to any queries. There is a public free beach (the majority of the long coast is taken by paid facilities) nearby which you access via shady woodland path directly across the road. "The place is next to a garage shop. There is dirt and garbage pretty much all around. Full of mosquitoes. For the price that you pay unequivocally not worth it. And the Internet Wi-Fi does not work. I would not stay again."
